Apple updates iLife, iWork, .Mac and OSX
Apple's not only upgrading it's hardware systems it's also bringing in the softer side improvements with new versions of it's iLife, iWork, and OSX applications. Apples iLife'06 bundle comes with updates for iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand, and introduces iWeb a: website creating, podcasting, blogging; one click publishing suite for Apple's new .Mac(dotMac) Service. iWeb is designed for offline use where users create then upload to .Mac later. GarageBand now has a podcasting editor that's also able to create RSS feeds to put into your iPhoto libraries also part of iLife'06. iWork includes a new 3D charts mode as well as an image editor. OSX 10.4.4 is just an update with fixes and patches and includes new Dashboard Widgets. iLife comes installed in any new Mac, or can be purchased from Apple for $79, iWork is the same, while OSX comes free for users of 10.4.
