Duo, is an Uno-ish game that's open source, written in Python, and available for Windows, Linux, and BeOS. I suppose you might be able to get it to work in OS X, but no guarantees. One problem: it's in French. Still, if you're familiar with Uno at all the interface is very similar to the Game Boy Color port, and won't take long to figure out. Enjoy!
