British designer Luella Bartley has become the latest high-end fashion designer to go the discount route. The Luella line is available in Target stores now for a 90-day run, and is the first offering in Target's new Go International limited-edition series. Includes will be both accessories and clothing, ranging from cheap thrills like the cherry-decorated iPod case for $12.99 to more pricy options like this cropped suede jacket for $149.99.
