The TiVo HD-capable Series 3 DVR, showed off at CES, is reportedly undergoing a private beta test, at least according to a non-denial from TiVo Director of Service Operations E. Stephen Mack. There's still no news on a ship date. Mack's answer when asked by Thomas Hawk: a reluctant "when it's ready."
