This is a very simple application for making very simple presentations. Powerbullet Presenter just makes simple SWF files with bulleted presentations in it. You can make gradients, insert text, and some pics, but that's about it. The great part is, it's free, and will pretty much do a lot of the heavy lifting for you. One odd item is that you can dig around in the Powerbullet file format and find that it uses twips for X and Y parameters.
