KlipFolio is a stand-alone RSS reader looking like a Konfabulator widget, but is far more configurable than a widget. KlipFolio puts feeds into blocks, which can get unorganized if you have too much, but "must read" feeds are an option to keep the ones you want. The best feature of KlipFolio is the use of tool-tips where the latest entries are provided in pop-ups when a feed is highlighted.
