SanDisk hits 1GB MicroSD, 2GB MiniSD
SanDisk's own TransFlash standard (adopted by the SD Association as their smallest memory standard),the MicroSD has officially hit the 1GB size on sale for $120. SanDisk revealed a 2GB MiniSD for $200.
